Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the shoes must meet the following criteria:

• The items must be unused and in the exact same condition as when you received them.
• The original packaging must be retained and included with the return.

Return Timeframe

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 days. The credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
